Women on Missions

WMU Motto:
We covenant together to pray for a spirit of unity among women in the church as we follow Christ Jesus so that with one heart and voice we may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 15:5-6

My prayer is to offer spiritual encouragement and training to every woman so that each of us can be a part of the Kingdom Work. Rock Creek Baptist Church Womens Ministry seeks to create an awareness of opportunities as we pray, study, grow, give and serve together.

Women Ministry Opportunities

Annual and Semi-Annual Ministries
Teacher Appreciation Lunch, We provide lunch for South Rock Creek School during there in service day at the first of the year.

Mission Work
We continue to be involved in mission action projects. We have helped several Seminole families financially who lost their homes due to the fires this summer. We continue with a Ladies Bible Study each Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Rock Creeks Women's ministry continues to support the mission work of the Children in Action program that meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. We also supported an individual working in an International Mission Board Partnership program. Womens ministry also supports Christmas in August, collecting gifts of school supplies for local missions. We also encourage each member to give to the Home, International, and Local mission offerings.
